Data Privacy

We take your privacy very serious, save as little data as possible and avoid to use third-party services. For our chatbots for example we don't use one of the common tools like wit.ai or dialogflow.com for entity extraction and intent classification. Instead we run Rasa NLU, an open-source software to build conversational AI, on our own server.
