# Data Privacy

We take your privacy very serious, save as little data as possible and avoid to use third-party services. For our chatbots for example we don't use one of the common tools like wit.ai or dialogflow\.com for entity extraction and intent classification. Instead we run[ Rasa NLU](https://rasa.com/), an open-source software to build conversational AI, on our own server.
